Partners Southeast has officially closed on the second phase of Cypress at Ardendale, a 70-unit independent, senior living community that advances the transformation of North Baton Rouge through, innovative and sustainable design.

The 70-unit community represents the next step in creating an accessible, connected, and thriving neighborhood under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Choice Neighborhoods Initiative.
